With flaxseed and sunflower seeds
The gluten-free “Saatenbrot” from Edeka is one of the most common and decent gluten-free breads on the market. The corn-rice bread with flaxseed is pre-sliced, can be deliciously topped right out of the package, or freshly toasted beforehand.

Consistency of the Edeka gluten-free bread “Saatenbrot”
The bread is firm and when biting into it, it offers a nice variety in consistency due to the flax seeds. The bread does not crumble, and tastes great with savory and sweet toppings or spread. It is not dry or sticky, however, when it comes into contact with air for a few days it does become dry.
Storage of gluten-free bread
To avoid mold, I often store my gluten-free breads, no matter whether purchased or homemade, in the refrigerator.
I also find the gluten-free keto bread from Balviten really delicious.
