The drink served in 0.33 l bottle. It convinces with natural taste and a certain astringency. Appie is quite different from many oversweetened ciders that are usually served. The drink is made from many different varieties of apples, some of which include a few pears. But all fruit are from France.
In the course of traditional production, no sugar is added. In my opinion, this is a great fact that leads to a delicious drink. The company uses the pure fruit juice, which is pleasant, naturally sweet. The gluten-free cider tastes light and fresh, with small amount of carbonation. French company with values
The French company produces traditionally in France. The project of 5 friends was initially limited to the production of cider, which was sold to cafes and bars in Paris. The goal, from the beginning, was to produce a delicious drink that is not oversweetened, like so many other ciders.
Soon, they had established themselves so well that they wanted to try something similar with lemonade. There, they saw the same problems and challenges in terms of taste: sweetness, artificial colors, and shelf-life enhancers. Finally, they added beer to their range: organic and made from French products.
