A gluten-free trip to Paris

I have a few days off and since I’ve wanted to go back to Paris for more two years, I’m taking advantage of the moment. I’m catching up on what wasn’t possible during the height of the pandemic and I’m travelling to Paris for five whole days. But what can I find to eat that is gluten-free, specifically in the supermarkets? This post is about the gluten-free alternatives at the franprix supermarket chain. The company often has smaller stores and locations that are located directly in the city of Paris. It’s fair to say, I visited a good amount of them.
