During a trip to Sicily in the spring of this year, I discovered the gluten-free Oreo alternative from NUTRIFREE. The vanilla cream-filled cookies are gluten-free and the cream is, in my opinion, very close to that of the original Oreo cookies.
High cocoa content, slightly dry
The cookie itself tastes good, but it ist unfortunately a bit dry in its entirety. The cocoa content is relatively high. Since the cookies are also not completely oversweetened, they thus form a nice contrast to the cream filling. However, some might be bothered by the slightly bitter taste.
The package is with 125 g content nevertheless finished relatively quickly.
The brand Nutrifree
You can find the brand Nutrifree in many, somewhat larger (and sometimes smaller) supermarkets all over Italy. The range of gluten-free products they produce and offer is huge. There are not only products that are ready to eat, such as cookies, bread and cakes, but also flours, gnocci and pasta, which are then processed themselves.
Why not try the super delicious recipe for gnocci al limone?
„Doppio biscotto al cacao ripieno di crema alla vaniglia, sgancchioso, avvolgente, nato per l’inzuppo il Biscream ti regala un piacere da urlo.”
